Round the houses - ALL MOTOR EVENTS DVD
Albany’s round the houses motor racing event began with 10,000 visitors in 1936 and still runs strong.
Albany was the first town to have such an event in Western Australia; they called it the Albany Grand Prix, most of the streets were dirt roads then.
Now attracting around 180+ cars in 25+ different events on foundation day weekends.
The 2012 presentation includes a voiceover by Rod Nation who created the
script too.
